Beautiful gardens, Excellent coffee tour, Rustic farmhouse charm
Reception disorganization needs addressing!!! The shuttle transfer could be more punctual, and I wish there were more vegetarian options communicated proactively to the kitchen!!!

The fresh local coffee at Hacienda Venecia is a culinary delight! Plus, our guide Johan was an absolute gem, making every tour feel like a fun hangout with an amigo! We also enjoyed the cozy vibe of the common areas, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The reception staff could use a little fine-tuning, as they seemed a bit disorganized.

Staying at the lodge was a memorable experience, surrounded by stunning nature and offering breathtaking mountain views. The coffee tour was incredibly informative, perfect for both beginners and someone with prior knowledge. Not to mention, the homemade meals were exceptional, with the ice cream being a delightful highlight. The only setbacks were a few uncomfortable lounge chairs by the pool, limited shade around the common areas, and instances of delayed service during busy meal times.
